Personal data are processed by the Data Controller by means of electronic and telematic tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated and in such a way as to ensure data security. Processing is carried out without automated decision-making processes or profiling activities.

The Data Controller adopts appropriate technical and organisational measures pursuant to Article 32 GDPR, including:
systems for protecting the IT infrastructure (firewalls, antivirus software, access controls);
encryption of communications via the HTTPS protocol;
internal procedures for access management and maintenance of system integrity;
backup systems and measures to ensure data availability.
Such measures are periodically updated in relation to technological developments and risks.
7. Disclosure of data to third parties

Technical data relating to navigation (e.g. access logs) are retained for the time strictly necessary to ensure website operation and the security of communications, without prejudice to further retention where necessary for the investigation of cybercrimes or following requests from the Authority.
